Support Grace in Finishing Her Primary Schooling at Capella House Like Her Big Sister Ruby Did.

Today, I am reaching out to our community to ask for your support in a very special fundraiser. My dream is simple but life-changing: I want to continue my education at Capella House, the school that has become my second home.

Why Capella House Matters to Me:

At Capella House, I’m not just a student; I’m an explorer. This school is a unique environment where I feel understood and encouraged to be my best self. My older sister, Ruby, finished her primary schooling here, and seeing her thrive gave me the same spark. To follow in her footsteps would mean the world to me.

My life is built on five pillars that define who I am, and Capella House nurtures every single one of them:

1. Family: They are my foundation. Their love and support give me the courage to try new things and the strength to keep going when things get tough.

2. Animals: I believe they teach us the purest form of friendship. Caring for them has taught me patience and responsibility, these are the skills I use every day in the classroom. At home we have lots of animals including a goat, a big pig, one cat and one kitten and three dogs, one of which we rescued recently while crossing a busy freeway.

3. The Joy of Learning: I have a natural hunger for knowledge and love how a new idea can change your perspective. I am always experimenting with new concoctions like making playdough and mixing makeup and using food colouring while cooking. I can even cook my own eggs!

4. The Great Outdoors: I am an adventurer at heart. Whether I’m exploring the beauty of Fish Hoek or simply being in nature, the outdoors is where I go to feel inspired and free. I participate in Nippers Life Saving and my favourite is the Malibu board. The other day I spent 4 hours on my mali board out at sea.

5. The Language of Music: This is my creative outlet. My dream is to one day become a singer like Pink or Adele! I love making up my own songs and melodies and playing my keyboard or my ukulele or guitar.

The Goal: Investing in my Bright Future

To ensure I can stay in this nurturing environment, we have set a goal to raise R60,000.00 for this year’s school fees. These funds will be used directly to cover my tuition, ensuring I can access the specialised extracurricular programs and the child-centric curriculum that Capella House is famous for.

We are looking for "Grace’s Support Crew"—a group of supporters who believe in the power of a holistic education. We are asking for:

1. The full fees for the year of R60,000.00 (£2800.00 $3800.00)

2. A monthly contribution of between R300.00 (£15 or $20) and R500.00 (£25 0r $30).

3. A once-off contribution of R5,000.00. (£230.00 or $300.00)

4. Or any other amount you can comfortably afford to donate once off or recurring monthly.
