Donna Shefer is a social entrepreneur, leader, and dedicated systems change-maker. She initially joined GetGo as the product owner in September 2023, falling so deeply in love with the project that when the opportunity arose to lead the organization, she grabbed it with both hands. She is fiercely committed to GetGo’s mission and driving meaningful impact. Beyond her work, Donna is an avid hiker, an aspiring surfer-girl, and loves hosting warm girls' nights full of great food and laughter.

Frances Stephens is a multidisciplinary storyteller with a Master’s degree in Education Policy, Leadership and Change and an Honours degree in Filmmaking. Her career spans documentary filmmaking, digital design, and communications across social impact spaces, working with the WHO, OECD, and UN on global health, climate change, education, and development. Outside of GetGo, Frances shares insights on education policy and economics on TikTok, and is a documentary cinephile and avid guitar player.

Mankotseng Nane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and brings a strategic, practical approach to her work. Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, she supports schools, researches funding opportunities, and coordinates impactful initiatives. She is deeply passionate about education's power to transform lives, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for future generations. Outside of work, Mankotseng enjoys exploring new tech, reading, and personal growth.

Samantha Tennet is a dedicated mental health advocate finalizing her degree in Psychology. Driven by curiosity about human nature and social impact, she brings an empathetic lens to her work at GetGo, raising funds and supporting local schools and communities. Beyond her studies, she devotes spare time to volunteering at rehabilitation centers focused on addiction and mental health recovery. Outside of work and advocacy, Sammy loves traveling, getting lost in a good book, and cooking new recipes.

Nishen Naicker works in partnerships and social impact across education, health, disability inclusion, and human rights. Passionate about inclusive education and SDG 17, he builds trusted relationships between organisations, funders, and practitioners to unlock shared solutions and innovative finance. At GetGo Fund, he values creating critical support to expand learning access for children. Outside of work, Nishen enjoys fitness and strength training, dancing Kizomba, and entrepreneurship.
