Every Learner Deserves to Hear, Learn and Belong
Every school gathering should be an opportunity for learners to be inspired, informed and celebrated. At BASA Freedom School, our hall accommodates more than 800 learners, but our current sound system makes it difficult for everyone to hear clearly.
Teachers often have to raise their voices, while learners at the back can struggle to hear important announcements, presentations and events.
Why This Matters
A professional sound system is more than equipment — it is an investment in education, safety and inclusion.
It will help us:
Ensure every learner can hear clearly during assemblies and announcements.
Improve communication during emergencies.
Reduce the strain on teachers.
Support cultural events, drama, music and school celebrations.

Our Goal: R60,000
We aim to raise R60,000 to purchase and professionally install a complete hall sound system, including speakers, wireless microphones, a digital mixer, stage monitors, cabling, installation, testing and training.
This project will directly benefit more than 800 learners, as well as teachers, staff, parents and future generations of BASA Freedom School learners.
